Our Mission
The mission of MTI’s Alumni Association is to bring alumni together to share successes, connections, resources, stories, and ultimately…to help change more lives! We established the Alumni Association to help you continue building your skills, your network, and your success by:
- Fostering connections among MTI alumni, faculty, and current students.
- Supporting and promoting opportunities available to alumni beyond graduation.
- Facilitating mentorship and networking within the alumni community and among current students.
- Harnessing the strength of community to enhance both the alumni and the student experience.

Dental Assisting grad from MTI!
Elisha completed the Dental Assisting program in September and is excited to begin her career in the field. Her plans after graduation include working as a dental assistant to gain hands-on experience, with the goal of possibly returning to pursue the Dental Hygiene program in the future.
Elisha shares that her favorite part of being a student at MTI was her classmates. While they had fun and enjoyed each other, everyone stayed focused and took their work seriously—creating the perfect balance of teamwork, laughter, and dedication.
One of the most important lessons Elisha learned is the value of staying focused and committed. She learned that showing up, putting in the effort, and not goofing around makes all the difference when working toward your goals.
MTI changed Elisha’s life by giving her a career and something meaningful to look forward to in the future.

Moline, IL Campus
MTI and Black Hawk College
If you graduated from MTI since October 2018, you may be eligible to transfer your credits to Black Hawk College toward an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in Health Information Management or General Occupational and Technical Studies (GOTS).
